Full-Stack Engineer

As part of its growth, Dyneo is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (junior to intermediate level, 0 to 4 years of experience) to strengthen its web development team and accelerate the evolution of its products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications for our clients, as well as internal tools that support the company’s growth.
Your missions
- Develop and maintain web applications (front-end and back-end) for our clients and our teams
- Design polished and user-friendly interfaces, managing the UI/UX aspects of projects
- Define and evolve the software architecture of projects (code base structure, technical choices, best practices)
- Help gather customer requirements and translate them into concrete technical solutions
- Analyze actual app usage and propose improvements based on that data

Your skills
Required
- Excellent proficiency in back-end development and at least one language from the ecosystem (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript, PHP)
- Extensive knowledge of a front-end web components framework (e.g., Vue or React)
- Practical experience with relational databases and SQL
Appreciated
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
- A background or interest in science and technology (STEM)
- Familiarity with the energy sector
Languages
- French: Professional working proficiency
- English: minimum intermediate level

- Workload of 80% to 100%
- Position based in our Geneva office, with a hybrid work model and flexible remote work days
